This was a great deal! The host was very responsive and very patient. The hotel was great and our suite was perfect! We got a suite with ocean view and it was gorgeous! It exceeded our expectations and it was more than everything we could’ve asked for. The staff was amazing throughout the entire hotel. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to book this unit.

Overall nice stay. But pros and cons with our stay. PROS: Good communication with owner. Quick response time. Resort itself is beautiful. Food was good. Service was good. Cons: You will prob not get ocean view. We had 3rd floor facing AC units. Hotel was 60% full... asked to change, no go. Told we would be treated like VIP guests of member. That was not the case. First time in Mexico that we did not have an ocean view in 20 years! We go twice a year. Our 2 daughters (18 & 21) had to share a king bed. We thought we were getting a double bed in the second room. We ended up doing all inclusive. No savings purchasing from resort vs owner. Same price. You will be charged 82/ day and tips of 144/ day for your stay when you do all inclusive. And you ARE expected to tip staff... if you pay a la carte, 16% tip is included. I would not do VRBO again for Mexican resort.. you do not know what you will get! Atleast booking through the resort you are guaranteed what you pay for. I was trying to be hopeful in reading the other reviews.. that we might get a ocean view... really didnt think that we wouldn't. But we took a chance and it did not work out in our favor.

Great property, in a good location, close to both San Jose and San Lucas. Food was good with lots of choices. Pool area, rooftop and beach were beautiful. Extremely clean, staff working by the poolside were very helpful and attentive to our needs . Definitely will return to Garza Blanco Los Cabos and visit their other properties.

Absolutely loved Garza Blanca! The service was excellent!! Fidencio really made our stay at the pool, he was so nice and very attentive with pool service. Those are the types of things that make your vacation. The staff is excellent. The room was beautiful! They really put thought into the design and details. The food and drinks were great! And check out the gift shop at the resort, it’s amazing! They also have custom hats, they’re beautiful! I would highly recommend and will be going back!

Loved Garza Blanca! The place was great and wonderful amenities! Would definitely come back!
