Very spacious, open, all the rooms are amazing, everything done best quality and into lot of details. Social areas and terraces are spectacular. Expect the best! Service is extraordinary, having the butler taking care of anything we needed immediately. Can't wait to be back soon! Beautiful beaches, and hotel. We rented a 3 bedroom suite at the Garza Blanca for a week with our 16 yo daughter. The suite was beyond beautiful, and the service was exceptional, really 5 star+. The resort is gorgeous and extensive -- we dined at half a dozen different amazing restaurants, and the room service was equally nice and prompt. The pools and beach were so lovely, and we had a private jacuzzi overlooking the ocean that was heavenly. We enjoyed the spa and all of the elegant amenities from the steam shower to the linens and robes and sound system. Perhaps best of all, the staff was so friendly and professional, and our daughter felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We especially enjoyed our butler who acted as a private concierge for all of our reservations and special requests. Everything about the vacation was perfect -- we were so sad to leave. We can't thank Joseph enough for his rapid and easy communications and assistance both before and during the trip. We are already dreaming about our next visit and will definitely return soon!
